1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Responsibilities and Security

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their respective accounts. This includes all bets, financial transactions and any other actions made using your login credentials.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or used by anyone other than the original owner
• Users are required to notify ew8 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account
• ew8 does not bear responsibility for losses arising from user negligence in safeguarding login credentials

For added protection, users are encouraged to use a strong password consisting of a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Change your password regularly for optimal account security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ew8 provides a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users to facilitate financial transactions on the platform:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost and ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH for borderless deposits and withdrawals
• Minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10
• Minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 hour

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same user's name. ew8 does not process third-party payments. Suspicious transactions will undergo additional review to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

ew8 offers various promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be made.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.

A clear calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in cases of technical failure
• Should a technical disruption occur during an active game session, ew8 will settle the bet based on data stored in the system
• ew8 reserves the right to void bets suspected of involving exploitation of system vulnerabilities or unauthorised collaboration between players
• Sports bets are subject to additional rules specific to each sport and league

7. Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

Using the ew8 platform for any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action in addition to account closure:

• Concealing your true identity or using another person's identity
• Communicating in an abusive, threatening or harassing manner towards staff or other users
• Attempting to access parts of the ew8 system that are not authorised
